CHECKLIST OF RCC SLABS AND BEAM
1: Before staring concrete we have to check the concrete clear cover for slab.
2: the beam sides and bottom concrete should be also checked.

CHECKLIST OF FORMWORK
1. Is the bracing adequate
2. Are the cut-outs/embedded items positioned in marked places
3. Is formwork vertical
4. Is the horizontal alignment correct
5. Whether sealing of joints/holes done properly to avoid grout loss
6. Are the faces of plywood free from adhering grout, projecting nails, splits etc....

CHECKLIST FOR CONCRETE SLAB
1. Make sure that the cover blocks are at right position and stay okay while concreting.
2. If the concrete is prepared at site, carefully handle the process of batching, water content, mixing and testing of fresh concrete.
3. Ensure that the beams are primarily cast in layers and compacted properly by vibrators.
4. Make sure that one carpenter and one helper is always present under the shuttering slab to confirm that it is supported well and will stay constant during and after concreting.
5. Assure the presence of a bar bender to avoid displacement of steel reinforcement.

Pre-plaster inspection checklist
- Ensure all the checks ( Brickwork Checklist ) after block work is completed.
- The aluminum template for openings (sometimes we use sand to cover the electric holes) should be available at the site.
- The blockwork should have been cured for 7 days and dry before plastering is started.
- Fix button mark on the surface to be plastered keeping the minimum thickness. 12mm plaster is the desired thickness. The distance of button marks should be within an aluminum straight edge length....
CHECKLIST FOR READY MIX CONCRETE (PARAPET WALL)
1. Is the approval for ready mix supplier received.
2. Whether time of transport after batching at plant & type of retarder added are noted.
3. Whether temperature of concrete and atmospheric temperature at site checked to be within specified limits.
4. Are the slump cone, cube moulds & curing tank available.
5. Are the concrete vibrators available and have been checked in advance whether they are in working condition...
